Centuary Annual Scheme Enrollment 2024-25
Terms and Conditions
Applicable for All States:
- All participating dealers must enroll for this scheme under their targeted slab by scanning the QR code & filling out the relevant details on the link provided. Enrolments must be done no later than 31st May’2024
- Dealer eligibility for the scheme is subject to a minimum of 10% growth over base figure of previous financial year. In case of failing to meet growth criteria, dealer is not eligible for any reward under this scheme.
- Eligible Slab will be computed on basis of net sales value excluding GST, and after deducting returns. The period of sales considered under the scheme is from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025
- Each dealer will be eligible for any single slab only. Combination of slabs or pro-rata eligibility is not permitted.
- In Case of multiple outlets under a single owner, same needs to be highlighted while signing up for the scheme. Even so, the target computation is solely under the discretion of the Company Management.
- Any sale where payment is delayed beyond 45 days from the date of invoice, or not as per Trade Policy and payment terms of the Company shall not be considered eligible under the scheme.
- No compromise or deviation will be allowed in the target slabs and no claim shall be entertained in case of inability to complete enrolled sales target or non-supply of orders due to any reason.
- The dates of travel will be fixed by the tour organizer. The destinations / pictures / write ups in this catalog are only indicative and the actual product or service may differ.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the tour program in case of currency fluctuations, major changes in taxes and surcharges, unviability of a destination or any other such reason. At the time of disbursement of the scheme, if the cost of reward / gift / tour has escalated from the predetermined value, the company may substitute the item or alternately dealer may be asked to bear the difference in value
- Wherever mentioned, domestic tours will operate out of a base city/hub. All travel arrangement upto the base hub must be borne by the dealer.
- The International Tours are inclusive of all International flight charges, accommodation, and sightseeing. However, visa charges & the domestic transportation arrangement to the respective domestic hub is to be borne by the Dealer.
- The travelling party is required to have a valid passport within minimum 1 year validity, which is to be handed over to the tour organizer at least 30 days before the tour. Company does not guarantee Visa allotment, which is subject to respective consulate approval
- Any taxes, insurance, registration fees or incidental expenses pertaining to scheme claim are to be borne by the Channel Partner.
- Gift / Tour once selected or confirmed cannot be changed
- In case the Channel Partner wishes to opt out of this scheme or inability to operate the tour due to any unforeseen reason, compensation will be provided through Mattresses FOC of value equal to the ‘Total Worth’ mentioned in the scheme table. There shall be no carryforward to the next financial year.
- All disputes related to this scheme shall be subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad (or) Secunderabad Courts
Applicable for TS and AP:
- The scheme is valid for authorised Channel Partners on retail sales basis for all authorized sub-dealers under Distributors & Direct Dealers of the company. Distributor retail outlet sales may be considered as a sub-dealer, subject to proper segmentation & reporting of sales made from the retail outlet
- Scheme is applicable on sales of Centuary branded products including Covered Mattresses & Accessories only. Sales of bare blocks / PU foam / etc. are not included in this scheme (unless specially approved). Institutional or Project sales or sales made against special bulk rates are not eligible under this scheme.
Applicable for EAST:
- The scheme is valid for authorized Channel Partners on their primary purchase.
- Scheme is applicable on purchase of Centuary branded products including Covered Mattresses & Accessories only. Sales of bare blocks / PU foam / etc. are not included in this scheme (unless specially approved). Institutional or Project sales or sales made against special bulk rates are not eligible under this scheme.
